Sweet Home Alabama

Hey everyone! How’s it going this Saturday evening? We are in Atlanta, Georgia tonight and during the past few days we have been touring the deep South. We’ve been to Mississippi and Louisiana, and most recently we were in [drum roll] the great state of Alabama! One of the all-time catchiest tunes has to be that deep-fried sound of “Sweet Home Alabama”. There are those who hate it, and those who love it, but it seems as though everyone’s heard it. What do you all think? But anyways, I guess I’m getting off track. We are staying with some of the Tate’s relatives and it looks as though we are to have the day off tomorrow. That will be a blessing. Hey, let me tell you about another blessing that happened to us this morning: Today we got up in Montgomery, AL and headed out from the hotel to go to a Tea Party meeting in the next town over. Little did we know how great it would be.  We got there and unloaded the equipment as Grace went to meet with the lady who started that Tea Party chapter with her husband. As they talked, we were humbled to realize that all these 40+ people had come at last-minute notice just to hear about the Parental Rights amendment. As we got set up Grace addressed the group and gave a wonderful encapsulation of the whole issue of the UNCRC vs the PRA and the whys and wherefores of the many different facets of the subject. We were very impressed with the amount of enthusiasm and knowledge that this group already had about the PRA. It was extremely encouraging to be with fellow Christians and patriots who cared about their nation and about their role as parents and families.  Thanks so much to everyone who came out today, and for your encouragement to us as we continue on our filming tour! By the way, we do have more pictures to show you all, so stay tuned!

-Daniel H.

p.s. If I don’t see you in the future, I’ll see you in the pasture! 🙂
